Warrant policy

Replacement policy
At Silver Jewellery, we understand that you may not always get the right size or design when you order online. That is why we offer a free exchange if you receive the wrong size or design. If you receive the correct size but it does not fit, we will also offer an exchange, however, you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges and the cost of the reverse postage. To make it easier for you, we will provide a small discount on the reverse postage. This is valid up to 7 days of delivery
Return policy
Our return policy for silver jewellery is simple and straightforward - you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. We will refund the full amount of the item, but not the shipping charge. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, we can provide a shipping discount for the new item.
